KWPA FM 96.9 is your community public radio station. Based in Coupeville, WA on Whidbey Island we broadcast and stream our programs so all the people on Whidbey Island can listen to people in their community. There are many different programs with more constantly being developed. Join your friends and neighbors in creating programs as well as listening to them.

KWPA Radio has suspended the low-power broadcast to focus on providing a stronger local content for our shows and working on our full-power permit. You can always hear KWPA via ONLINE STREAMING. We apologize if this is an inconvenience to you. We’d like to hear from you as to whether you prefer the online streaming or the over-the-air broadcast.

KWPA is now operating from it’s studio in the northeast corner of the Windjammer Gallery building.
